Colin Appleby graduated from City Lit in 2010. Roles whilst training include Joan Crawford in a company-devised piece Mommie Electra, Cardinal Pandulph in King John, Krogstad in A Doll's House, Oedipus in Oedipus Rex, Roberto in Death and the Maiden, Timon in Timon of Athens, Clytmenestra in Orestia, Sam Berryman in Flatspin and Arnold in Torch Song Trilogy, which he also directed.
